Ben Feenan

Founder, Asina Disability Support
His parents came to me and thanked me for caring for their little boy. I cried. I'm not too proud to say that.

People ask why I'm so passionate about this work. The honest answer is one family, one participant, and one of the first supported homes I ever worked in.

That experience is the reason I'm building Asina: in the field I could only be there for a few people at a time, but by setting the culture and values from day one, that kind of care can reach hundreds of families.

Absolutely. We believe the right match between participant and support worker makes all the difference. We involve participants and their families in the hiring process so you have a say in who supports you. Your comfort and connection with your support worker is our top priority.
