The NDIS price guide sets a maximum providers can charge — not a required price. Most providers bill the cap. Because we're a lean, local provider, we don't need to — and the difference goes back into your plan as extra hours of support.

Common Questions

Why are your rates below the NDIS price cap?
The NDIS Pricing Arrangements set a maximum price, not a fixed one. As a lean, local provider we keep our overheads low — no head office in a capital city, no layers of management — and we'd rather pass that saving on to participants than bill the cap because we can. Your funding goes further, and you get more hours of support.
Does a lower rate mean lower-quality support?
Not at all. You get the same experienced, locally-based support workers — paid properly under the SCHADS Award, NDIS Worker Screened, insured, and backed by our participant portal with full transparency over schedules, shift notes and invoices. The discount comes from running lean, not cutting corners.
Which supports does the $63/hr rate apply to?
The $63/hr weekday rate (and the matching below-cap evening, weekend and public holiday rates) applies to our core supports: Daily Living & Self-Care, Community Access, Group Activities, Drop-in Support, Meal Preparation and Transport Assistance. NDIS Cleaning is $52.05/hr and Capacity Building supports are $71.80/hr — both also below their NDIS caps.
Are there any extra fees on top?
No platform fees, no admin fees, no establishment fees. NDIS supports are GST-free. Any provider travel or non-labour costs are only ever claimed where they're agreed in your service agreement first, in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. The rates on this page are what you'll see on your invoice.
What plan management types do you work with?
We work with plan-managed and self-managed participants. If you're plan-managed, we invoice your plan manager directly. If you're self-managed, we invoice you and you claim it back through the NDIS portal. If your plan is agency (NDIA) managed, you'd need to switch to plan-managed or self-managed — which you can request at your next plan review. Give us a call and we'll help you work out where you stand.
What happens if I need to cancel a shift?
The standard NDIS short-notice cancellation rules apply, and the details are set out clearly in your service agreement before we start. We know life happens — talk to us early and we'll always try to reschedule rather than charge a cancellation.
Will these rates change?
We review our rates whenever the NDIA updates the NDIS Pricing Arrangements (usually annually), and our commitment is simple: we always stay below the cap. If anything changes, we'll let you know in writing well before it affects your service agreement.
