Governance & Quality
How Asina is run: the standards we hold ourselves to, the checks behind every worker, and what to do when something isn't right.
How we hold ourselves accountable
Asina Disability Support provides supports to plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants across New South Wales. Like every provider in the scheme, we are bound by the NDIS Code of Conduct, and every person we employ holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check before their first shift.
We believe good governance is simple to describe and hard to fake: publish your standards, welcome independent oversight, and make it easy for people to hold you to your word. Everything on this page exists so you can do exactly that.
Safety & Quality
Worker screening, police checks, WWCC, first aid, induction and the standards every shift is held to.
Feedback & Complaints
Complaints acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 5 business days. Compliments welcome too.

Independent oversight
You never need our permission to raise a concern about us. The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is the independent national regulator for NDIS supports, and you can contact them directly at any time on 1800 035 544 or at ndiscommission.gov.au.
Leadership
Ben Feenan
Founder
Asina's standards are set by a founder with more than a decade of frontline disability support experience, including complex care, and who still works shifts alongside the team. Culture is set from the front, not from a boardroom.
Acknowledgement of Country
Asina Disability Support acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and work across New South Wales, and pays respect to Elders past and present. We extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people connected with our service.
