Asina Industries is the business services arm of Asina Disability Support. We run real businesses — a professional car wash & detailing service and an end of lease cleaning team — that give NDIS participants the chance to build real skills, earn real income, and develop lasting confidence.
Unlike traditional "work experience" programs, these are real businesses delivering real services to real customers in the Armidale community. Participants aren't practising — they're working. Each service stream comes with wrap-around support, structured training, and pathways to open employment.

Our flagship service. Participants run a professional car wash and detailing operation — greeting customers, managing bookings, washing exteriors, vacuuming interiors, polishing dashboards, dressing tyres, handling payments, and maintaining all equipment. Every vehicle that leaves sparkling is proof of real work done well.
